Health Options offers services from one employee to thousands of employees. Our team is made up of professionals in all areas of health and fitness. We work with personal fitness trainers, group exercise instructors, dietitians, massage therapists, and other health professionals to bring you a comprehensive level of service. Several of our trainers are certified post-rehab specialists who work directly with employees newly released from physical and/or occupational therapies. In groups or one-on-one, Health Options trainers and group exercise instructors can help your organization meet all of its health and fitness needs.

Exercise & Fitness

Group programs, as well as one-on-one training, make Health Options very popular. We offer the latest programs from Pilates and Yoga to Spin, Step and Slide.

Lunchtime and afterwork classes can be offered at your worksite. All we need is a little space to create a dynamic exercise session for your employees or group. We’ll bring the equipment too. Balls, bands, body bars and BOSU all make for a fun and challenging workout. Don’t have them…we’ll bring them along.

One-on-one training or Personal Fitness Training has become the best way to achieve desired fitness results. Health Options trainers are some of the best in Berks. Completely certified and degreed, our trainers can work one-on-one with your employees or in small groups. Schedule them for your exercise facility or to meet with your employees for personal goal planning.

Weight-4-Me: This eight-week incentive program is designed to encourage employees to make healthy food choices.

Healthy Harvest: A four-week healthy eating incentive program.

Get Fit on Route 66: A simulated trek on the old Route 66 using exercise “miles” as a means to accomplish the journey.

Fitness 500: Participants are given a 500-lap goal to accomplish using various forms of exercise to accumulate the necessary laps.

Peak Fitness: Exercise steps are accumulated in this popular incentive program.

10K A Day: This popular walking program uses pedometers to track individual steps.
